| With the rapid development of economic and social development today,the occupational pressure faced by all walks of life in the society is increasing day by day at the same time.The mental health and work pressure of the civil servants in our country are increasingly attracting social attention.With the rapid economic and social development today,the occupational pressure faced by various industries in the society is also increasing day by day.The mental health and work pressure of the civil servants in our country are increasingly attracting social attention.In2019,Liupanshui City was selected as one of the pilot areas for the construction of the national psychosocial service system,and it is currently the only pilot city in Guizhou Province.In order to speed up the construction of the psychosocial service system in Liupanshui City,In order to speed up the construction of the psychosocial service system in Liupanshui City,the author intends to start from the perspective of the mental health of civil servants and figures out a practical method to manage the occupational stress of civil servants.It is recommended to introduce the EAP employee assistance program as a mechanism for the psychological service of civil servants,which serves the human resource management in the public sector well.The author takes some civil servants in Liupanshui City as an example,and gives a more detailed inquiry into the mental health of these members.In this paper.Statistics of the data through descriptive statistics,variance analysis and correlation analysis show that the mental health of civil servants in Liupanshui City cannot be ignored,and there is a certain degree of mental sub-health.In the survey of civil servants’ demand for EAP employee assistance programs,the overall pressure of civil servants’ subjective feelings is negatively skewed distribution,and the demand for psychological services takes a large part.According to the data,this article proposes a plan of constructing the EAP employee assistance program for civil servants in Liupanshui City.As a new type of human resource management method from a psychological perspective,it is widely used in western employee management.How to introduce the EAP employee assistance program into the public sector of China,and promote indigenization is the key point of this paper.The author analyzes the professional characteristics of civil servants,and explores them separately from the perspectives of society,individuals,systems,and EAP projects.The main purpose is to better promote the implementation of the EAP employee assistance projects and the psychological quality of civil servants.And then they would take their own responsibilities better in the workforce,which plays a great role in promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities. |
