Because of the particularity of art performance,the body and psychology of art performers bear the pressure and stimulation that ordinary people can’t understand for a long time.On the one hand,it needs more stable performance skills,and at the same time,it needs excellent psychological quality.Therefore,whether in rehearsal or formal performance,the spirit of art performers is in a state of tension for a long time,which may lead to the failure of normal play in performance,which will bring certain psychological load to art performers,and even lead to psychological diseases.Therefore,the professional mental health of art performers is particularly worthy of attention.Based on the theory of two factor model of positive psychology,this study clarifies the evaluation criteria of occupational mental health according to the characteristics of artistic performers.On the basis of this research,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to make an empirical study on the professional mental health level of art performers in China,and analyzes the performance of the professional mental health problems of art performers.Through data and theoretical analysis,this study found that the professional mental health of art performers is not affected by a single factor,but the result of internal and external factors.Based on this,this study from the physiological level,psychological level,behavioral level,cognitive level of all aspects of the analysis,put forward the theory of positive psychology into the maintenance and promotion of art performers’ professional mental health,with a positive attitude to look at the art performers’ own professional mental health problems.
