With the progress of digital science and technology,the spread of brand visual image is more and more transformed from traditional media to digital media.Such a series of changes urge brand image design to find a direction in adapting to digital media performance.Visual image begins to change from static to dynamic.Dynamic brand image presents a novel appearance,enriching the sensory experience of viewers and bringing different visual feelings to users.The thesis takes the dynamic visual image of the festival brand as the research object.Firstly,From the perspective of the development of festival brand image design and dynamic visual design,this paper further studies the dynamic formal design principles of the core elements of brand visual image design,and summarizes the principles that the visual image is transformed from static to dynamic.Secondly,it starts with the analysis of the dynamic design of the brand visual image and summarizes its form expression techniques from different angles.In the second part of the thesis,the author analyzes the design practice of the 38 th International Kite Fair in Weifang,and tries to combine theory with practice;try to find a breakthrough point in the design thinking of new media visual image and a new idea of dynamic brand image design with cultural connotation.
