The Thought Essence And Contemporary Enlightenment Made By Chinese Teacher In The "Zhejiang Provincial First Normal School"

The Famous chinese teachers of“Zhe Jiang povincial first Normal School” refer to the group of famous and influential Chinese language teachers who were engaged in and participated in the teaching of Chinese language in Zhejiang Provincial First Normal School from 1913 to 1923.This group has made great contributions to the modernization development of Chinese education in China.However,in the literature review process,the author found that there are not many researches related to this.Therefore,the research has a important influence to the academic world.and more importantly,it can enrich the thoughts of Chinese education.During the May Fourth Movement,a group of teachers represented by Xia Mianzun,Chen Wangdao,Liu Dabai,Zhu Ziqing and Ye Shengtao gathered in Zhejiang First Normal School(hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang First Normal School"),actively engaged in the compilation of textbooks,literary writing and classroom teaching,and became the backbone of the reform of Chinese language education.Them through a singleness of heart of education,with its distinctive personality traits,noble personality style,outstanding literary talent and seeking for beauty teaching spirit,in the history of teachers’ team of the republic of China made clear the history of the image,all show the essence of "Chinese famous" personalized "teaching style",and also for the present Chinese education to deepen reform period to explore the language teacher era,a new image,and their professional development profound lesson.In order to carry out the research in a more in-depth and comprehensive way,I adopts the method of case investigation,literature research,historical research and field investigation.This paper is divided into four chapters: historical images,educational background and cultural conditions,ideological style and contemporary inspiration.For make sure the objectivity and accuracy of research,the author inquired,collected,sorted out and analyzed numerous literature and history materials.Based on the educational background and cultural conditions of the famous Chinese language teachers of "Zhejiang First Division",the historical images under the special background of "Republic of China" were clearly depicted.Focusing on Xia Mianzun,Chen Wangdao,Liu Dabai,Ye Shengtao and Zhu Ziqing,Ianalyzes their teaching theories and practical experiences and summarizes their common views on the compilation of textbooks and compositions.Teaching view and reading teaching view,to show a teacher Chinese language teacher’s ideological style.Finally,,I investigated the current situation of our language teaching,and put forward some suggestions to it.To sum up,this paper draws the following research conclusions:First of all,the teaching thoughts of "Zhejiang No.1 Teachers" famous Chinese teachers.The author traces the historical change of the famous Chinese language teachers in the first division of zhejiang province,and on this basis summarizes their teaching theory and practice of Chinese language,and discusses their teaching ideas from three aspects,namely,teaching view of textbook compilation,composition teaching view and reading teaching view.First of all,according to the National Language Textbooks compiled by Xia Mianzun,Chen Wangdao,Liu Dabai and Li Cijiu,the author believes that the Chinese language textbooks are the means to acquire knowledge and improve skills,and the Chinese language textbooks compiled by Xia Mianzun tried to make the Chinese language textbooks scientific and systematic in terms of the arrangement sequence.In the selection of essays,the main works are the vernacular works with distinctive characteristics of The Times and the emphasis on the freedom of thought.In practice,this group of Chinese language teachers has become a living textbook of pragmatic art by virtue of their poetic language art.Secondly,in the teaching of reading,they pursue the teaching goal of "focusing on the aesthetic,cultivating the mind and body with pottery",follow the teaching principle of "instrumentality and humanism",and teach students according to their aptitude in teaching,with diversified teaching methods.Finally,in the aspect of composition teaching,they are committed to helping students develop a "truth-seeking" writing attitude.They also pay great attention to the cultivation of students’ stylistic thinking and stress the guidance of students’ writing methods.Secondly,the educational thought of "Zhejiang No.1 Teachers" is the realistic enlightenment for the modern development of Chinese education.When I look back on history,I do not insist on clinging to the past.On the contrary,I do so to enlighten the present and create the future.Therefore the author discussed the content of two aspects emphatically in this part.First of all,in the part of enlightenment,the author interprets the teaching,teaching method,teaching materials and teachers from four aspects by combining the teaching idea and practice of the first teacher’s Chinese language teachers.Classroom teaching should lay emphasis on ability cultivation and pursue all-round development;The compilation of teaching materials should follow the standard of life and reflect the contemporary value.Chinese teachers should dare to innovate and devote themselves to educational progress.Second,about the future,in view of the present more and more people are easy to overlook the language phenomena associated with the root of the historical and cultural traditions,the author through the review of the republic of China "zhejiang division" of the Chinese teaching style,want people to act as a deterrent,actively do "to tell the known newcomers",so as to realize the syncretism of traditional and modern,promote education and life of contact,the unity of the humanities and science,to solve the conflict between domestic and international,create a better future.
