Driven by the reform and opening up and the cultural power strategy,the prosperity and development of culture has not only become an important symbol of the comprehensive national strength of a country and nation,but also an important aspect and inevitable requirement for the people to pursue a better life.On October 29,2020,the "Proposals of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035" Part 9 "Prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries,and enhancement of national culture "Soft power" pointed out: "Improve the level of public cultural services,promote the integrated construction of urban and rural public cultural service systems,innovatively implement cultural projects that benefit the people,extensively carry out mass cultural activities,promote the digital construction of public culture,and strengthen major national cultural facilities and cultural projects Construction." Persisting in the construction of cultural undertakings based on public cultural services is an important content and task requirement for the development and construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.At the important historical stage when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,attach importance to the construction and development of public culture,accelerate the construction of cultural undertakings,enrich the supply of cultural products and services,innovate the content and methods of public cultural services at the grassroots level,and enhance the quality and quality of cultural services.Ability is an inevitable requirement to improve my country’s comprehensive national strength and cultural soft power,to realize the great analyzes the status quo of the supply and construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing,studies the problems and causes in the construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing,and proposes to improve the supply and construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing.Opinions on the mechanism’s countermeasures.This article is mainly composed of six parts: introduction,four parts of the main body and conclusion.The introduction mainly elaborates on the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,and key and difficult issues of this research.The first chapter is the definition of related concepts of cultural undertakings and the expatiation and discussion of related guiding theories.Firstly,based on the understanding of culture,define and explain the concepts of cultural undertakings and the supply mechanism of cultural undertakings;secondly,explain the relevant guiding theories for the writing of this article,which clarifies the concepts and lays the foundation for the subsequent writing of this article Theoretical basis.The second chapter discusses the current situation of the supply and construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing in the new era.After consulting a large number of documents and related policies and documents of relevant departments,and through visits,surveys,interviews and other methods,I understand the main practices and achievements of Chongqing’s cultural undertakings,especially the provision of public cultural products and services.First,analyze the survey results of the questionnaire on the supply of cultural undertakings in Chongqing;secondly,through the analysis of relevant literature,policy documents,questionnaires,interviews,and other empirical investigations,it is concluded that Chongqing’s scientifically coordinated public cultural service facilities The layout,cultural benefits and service quality have been improved,the ability to develop and utilize historical and cultural resources has been improved,and the construction of a new pattern of integrated development has achieved remarkable results.The third chapter discusses the main problems and their reasons in the supply and construction of Chongqing’s cultural undertakings in the new era.This chapter takes Chongqing as a case,based on field visits,interviews,and questionnaire surveys,and firstly draws conclusions that in the process of supply and construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing in the new era,the supply efficiency needs to be improved,the level of equalization of public cultural services needs to be improved,and cultural undertakings.In the process of system reform,the main problems of the supply body are not clear,and the level of cultural business team construction needs to be improved;secondly,the problem-oriented analysis of the main reasons for the problems in cultural business construction,and the conclusion that the government management concept is relatively lagging and the cultural business management system The main reasons such as the restriction of cultural undertakings,insufficient financial guarantees for cultural undertakings,and the lack of a scientific cultural undertaking supply and service performance evaluation mechanism have laid a realistic foundation for the follow-up research on countermeasures to improve the supply and construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing.The fourth chapter is the elaboration of the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement of Chongqing’s cultural supply mechanism in the new era.Based on the theoretical research on the supply of cultural undertakings and the analysis of the specific methods,problems and causes of the supply and construction of cultural undertakings in Chongqing,this chapter focuses on the supply concept,main body,object of supply,content and method of supply and guarantee of supply for cultural undertakings.In five aspects,proposed measures to improve the supply mechanism of cultural undertakings in my country,including: innovating supply concepts and changing government service concepts;perfecting the main body of supply and building a multi-participation system;respecting supply objects and enhancing the vitality of cultural undertakings;enriching Supply content,innovate supply methods;improve supply
