Research On Cultural Value Evaluation And Protection Of Traditional Villages In Bayu Region From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The countryside is the carrier of farming civilization and the precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.It contains rich historical and cultural values.In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "Green water and green mountains are golden and silver mountains",and the construction of beautiful and ecologically livable villages has elevated the country to a rural revitalization strategy.However,during the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,some regional construction guidelines are based on personal performance and short-term economic benefits,ignoring the sustainable development of traditional villages;there is blindly following the urban development path,making the original adaptation to their natural ecological environment The phenomenon of "one thousand villages one side" has appeared in traditional villages in China.Especially in the rural construction in Chongqing,the integration of rural characteristics has led to the gradual disappearance of Bayu culture and natural characteristics,and the gradual loss of cultural value.The protection of traditional village culture is facing challenges.In this context,how to evaluate and protect the cultural value of Bayu traditional villages from the perspective of the rural revitalization strategy has become an urgent problem to be solved.The thesis takes the Bayu traditional village culture as the research object,and protects the cultural value of Bayu traditional villages by constructing the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the Bayu traditional village cultural value.The topic selection of the thesis has important theoretical and practical application value.The thesis mainly conducts research through literature research method,expert interview method,combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.First,the thesis clarifies the research object and content of the thesis by combing the literature,and defines the concepts related to the study of Bayu traditional village culture,using relevant research basic theories to analyze the factors affecting the cultural value of Bayu traditional villages,and design Bayu Traditional village cultural value evaluation index system.Second,on the basis of analyzing the cultural value evaluation of Bayu traditional villages,the paper chooses the entropy method to determine the cultural value evaluation index weights of Bayu traditional villages,and establishes a scientific traditional village culture suitable for Bayu area based on the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Value evaluation model,and divided the cultural value evaluation levels.Third,the case analysis of Chayuangou,Dabao Village,Sanyi Township,is a case study to verify the validity and rationality of the established Bayu traditional village cultural value evaluation model.Fourth,based on the design of the Bayu traditional village cultural value evaluation index system,combined with related theories,the paper proposes a trinity of Bayu traditional village cultural value protection measures of "subject coordination,strategic coordination,and system coordination".Village cultural protection organizations,at the strategic level,formulate cultural value classification protection strategies,and at the institutional level,improve the traditional village cultural value protection system to systematically and comprehensively protect and inherit Bayu culture.The research conclusions show that the cultural value evaluation index system,evaluation model and cultural value protection measures of Bayu traditional villages designed in the paper broaden the research scope of traditional village culture to a certain extent,and can help government management departments to accurately and quantitatively understand Bayu traditional villages.Cultural value,strengthen the protection of the culture of Bayu traditional villages.
