Research On The Construction Of Rural Culture In China From The Perspective Of Rural Rejuvenation

The strategy of rural revitalization put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the CPC contains the inheritance and innovation of culture.As an important part of Chinese culture,local culture can not only promote the cultural construction in different areas of China,but also promote the social and economic development,which is beneficial to the building of a strong country of Chinese culture.The study of local culture is not only based on the necessity of historical inheritance,but also the realistic need of the development of rural society in our country.Yingshan County province has a long history,unique geographical position and rich cultural resources in its territory,one of the most interesting is the local culture of Yingshan County.It is of great significance to study the construction of local culture in Yingshan County of Hubei Province to promote the overall development of Yingshan County,to promote the construction of local culture in rural areas,and to promote the revitalization of rural areas.This paper starts with the strategy of rural revitalization,describes the content of Yingshan County rural culture,and analyzes the artistic value,historical value,educational value and economic value of Yingshan County rural culture in rural revitalization.In recent years,great achievements have been made in the construction of local culture in Yingshan County.The cultural infrastructure has been fully covered,the Cultural Huimin County has been realized through the excavation of local cultural resources,and the people have been enriched by the construction of local cultural industries.But there are still many problems in the construction of local culture in Yingshan County,such as: the loss of local characteristics in the process of urbanization,the incomplete construction system of local culture,the lack of understanding of the protection and inheritance of local culture,the diversified development of the main body of local culture communication,the single way of communication of local culture and the lack of professional personnel of local culture.Therefore,we must give play to the leading role of local government,give play to the main role of farmers,innovate the ways of inheriting rural local culture in our country,actively cultivate and develop the organization of inheriting rural local culture,and enrich the ways of transmitting rural local culture.By summarizing the practices and experiences of Yingshan County in the construction of rural culture,the paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and comes up with corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the construction of rural culture in China,give a boost to the countryside.
