On Urban And Rural Writing In Li Peifu’s Novels

Li Peifu is one of the representative writers in contemporary Henan literary world,who has rooted his brush strokes in the plain of central Henan for many years and makes great efforts to make the voice of the plain.Li Peifu,with a rational vision,examines the hardships of the residents living in the land,permeates his deep reflections on the Central Plains culture and social historical reality,analyzes the contemporary Central Plains people’s spiritual outlook,and shows the humane care that intellectuals deserve.Under the transformation of the times,Li Peifu was keenly aware of the pain caused by the transformation of local civilization to urban civilization and the ripples caused by the collision of new and old traditions.He extended his brush strokes from the countryside to the city,starting from the hinterland of the Central Plains culture,and wrote about the dilapidated life and remaining beliefs of the contemporary Central Plains in the way of mutual evidence between the city and the countryside,history and reality.Starting from the life state of the individual villagers from the countryside to the city,Li Peifu expressed his understanding and criticism of the current social life in words,trying to give the possibility of alienation soul salvation through spiritual salvation.From the perspective of urban and rural writing,this paper will enter the urban and rural world described by Li Peifu by means of text reading,and interpret the modernity reflection in his urban and rural writing.The paper mainly divides into the introduction,the main text,the conclusion three parts.The text is divided into three chapters.The introduction part mainly explains the value and significance of the topic and the research status of Li Peifu’s novels.In the first chapter,the local characters in Li Peifu’s novels under the influence of urbanization will be interpreted from three aspects: the bearer of local simple human nature,the follower of suffering survival rule,and the explorer of ideal human nature.Under the influence of the local tradition,the residents of the Central Plains have derived a kind of endless vitality and spiritual strength to stick to their original heart.However,in the face of the suffering of survival and the influence of urbanization,the realistic survival rule of survival in defeat and survival in small has defeated the local civilization tradition with an overwhelming advantage,and the villager ’morality is facing widespread degeneration.In order to find the possibility of spiritual salvation,Li Peifu excavated the most dynamic life form from the countryside and responded to the negative impact of urbanization through the form of moral construction.The second chapter will start from the characters from the countryside to the city,through the Golden House,City Lights,Life Book three novels to show the evolution of Li Peifu’s creative thinking.Golden House shows the chaos of the countryside under the collision between urban and rural areas by the image of rural-urban dwellers,The Lamp of the City pays attention to the individual life and spiritual state of the rural-urban dwellers,and The Book of Life extends to the spiritual state and value construction of local intellectuals.Based on different times,Li Peifu shows different thinkings,from which he hopes to dig out the root of alienation of those who enter the city from the countryside,and finds a way to make chopsticks stand up.The third chapter examines Li Peifu’s urban and rural writing from the perspective of modernity reflection.Under the background of urbanization,the change brought by the tide of commodity economy to the countryside and its villagers triggered Li Peifu’s moral anxiety in his heart.Li Peifu examines urban civilization from the perspective of local civilization,and his inner feeding back feelings to the countryside make Li Peifu’s urban and rural writing produce the concealment of urban perspective and the contradiction in moral construction.In the conclusion,Li Peifu is placed in the Central Plains Writers Group and contemporary urban and rural writers.Through comparative analysis,the value of his creation is affirmed,and the shortcomings are excavated.
