Objective:In order to investigate the differences between the two groups of subjects in attentional bias and cognitive function,we compared the index scores and cognitive function test of the stroop and dot detection task of the first episode of depression and healthy subjects. In order to provide more objective data and empirical support for the evaluation and curative effect of patients with first-episode depression, the cognitive function deficit and its influencing factors were discussed, and the relationship among adverse emotions, affective attention bias and cognitive function of individuals with first-episode depression was analyzed.Method:A total of 90 patients with first-episode depression were included in this study.According to the score of the Positive and Negative Emotion Scale, the depressed patients were divided into the high-negative emotional depression group(52 cases)and the low-negative emotional depression group(38 cases),while 70 cases were included in the healthy control group. The 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were used to evaluate the symptoms of depression and anxiety of the subjects. The emotional stroop and dot detection tasks were used to test the attentional bias of subjects.Cognitive function was assessed with the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status, connection tests, wechter memory scale--spatial span, continuous manipulation test--identical pairing, and color word test.Stroop and point detection experiments are mainly divided into two parts: practice learning and formal testing.Result:1.difference of different emotional titer words: negative emotional titer word reaction > positive emotional titer word reaction were statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the correct rate of depression patients and healthy controls under different emotional titer words(p>0.05);there was no significant difference in the response of healthy controls under different emotional titer words(p>0.05);2.the difference of facial images in different mood groups: the average score of negative attention bias score BI depression group and healthy control group was(11.87±28.88,-13.55±24.66),Compared with 0,there was significant difference(p<0.01);The average score BI positive attention bias scores was-8.31 ± 27.64,significantly less than 0(p<0.01),The scores of positive and negative attention bias BI the two groups were significantly different(p<0.01);The scores of positive and negative attention-directed OI were not statistically significant(p>0.05);The average scores of the two groups were(13.24±33.86)on the DI of negative attention relief,-8.55 ± 27.52),Compared with 0(p<0.05),And the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.01);Not statistically significant DI positive attention-free scores(p>0.05);3.The difference of cognitive function evaluation: the scores of immediate memory, attention, delay memory, total RBANS score, line test,CPT-IP,stroop words, color and color words were statistically significant(p<0.05),the scores of depression patients were significantly lower than those of healthy control group;the scores of visual breadth and speech function were not statistically significant(p<0.05);and the cognitive function of high negative emotional depression group was significantly lower than that of low negative emotional depression group;4.emotional and attentional bias and cognitive function correlation: depression individual negative response time and immediate memory score, speech function score, attention score,RBANS function score, attention score,RBANS score,TMT-A score,WMS-III score and CPT-IP score(p<0.01);Positive attention bias BI scores were significantly positively correlated with immediate memory score, speech function score,RBANS score,WMS-III score and CPT-IP score(p<0.01);Negative attention bias BI score and TMT-A score and CPT-IP score showed significant negative correlation(p<0.05);There was significant negative correlation between DI score and CPT-IP score(p<0.05);Conclusion:1.Compared with healthy subjects, patients with first-episode depression had negative attentional bias, mainly manifested as attentional avoidance and attentional release difficulties;2.Patients with first episode of depression have low cognitive level, and cognitive function deficits are mainly manifested in attention, memory, executive function,etc;3.there is a certain correlation between attention bias and cognitive function in patients with depression, and the cognitive function of individuals may be adversely affected by negative emotions, which will damage the memory function, speech function and executive function of individuals.
