Research On Optimization Of Cultural Industry Innovation Ecosystem

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy in the 21st century,cultural industry has gradually become a leading industry in this era and a new driving force for economic growth in various countries due to its excellent characteristics,such as high knowledge,long value chain,high added value of products,large demand elasticity,large employment capacity,strong integration,low resource consumption and small environmental pollution.Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of China’s economy,comprehensive national strength and international status,the development of cultural industry has shown a good trend.However,in the process of the continuous improvement of the system and mechanism of China’s cultural industry and the continuous improvement of its scale,the cultural industry is faced with the problems of insufficient innovation impetus and degree,which seriously hinder the sound development of the industry.China’s cultural industry has entered a new era of cultural economy with the theme of "cultural innovation power".As the product of systematic and ecological industrial innovation in the new era,the cultural industry innovation ecosystem contains enormous energy.Under the background of the country’s implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,in today’s Europe and the United States to vigorously advocate and create an innovative ecosystem,to establish an innovative ecosystem that is in line with the characteristics of China’s cultural industry development,to promote the implementation of national cultural innovation strategy,the cultural industry is moving towards The high-end level and the promotion of the medium-and high-speed growth of the national economy are of great significance.On the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of cultural industry and cultural industry innovation,innovation system and innovation ecosystem,industrial innovation ecosystem and cultural industry innovation ecosystem.Construct the theoretical model of cultural industry innovation ecosystem,explain its basic elements,network,circular symbiosis mechanism,and construct the SD model of cultural industry innovation ecosystem by using the system dynamics method.In the empirical analysis,taking Hebei province as an example,based on the historical data of 2013-2017,2013-2033 is selected as the running time of the simulation.The paper sets six different optimization schemes—enterprise independent innovation scheme,government-guided innovation scheme,service catalytic innovation scheme,demand-driven innovation scheme,environmental impact innovation scheme,and system collaboration innovation scheme.In the simulation process,the simulation results of each variable under different schemes are obtained.The results show that the independent innovation at the enterprise level has a significant effect on the development of the cultural industry.The guiding role of the government at the cultural industry is mainly reflected in the initial stage.The pulling effect at the demand level will be highlighted in the later stage,while the role of the environmental level and the service level is relatively more prominent.The results show that the independent innovation at the enterprise level has a significant effect on the development of the cultural industry.The guiding role of the government at the cultural industry is mainly reflected in the initial stage.The pulling effect at the demand level will be highlighted in the later stage.The role of the environmental and service levels is relatively weak,and the system collaboration innovation is the most effective in optimizing the cultural industry innovation ecosystem.The degree of impact of the six schemes on the added value of cultural industry is in descending order: systematic collaborative innovation scheme,enterprise independent innovation scheme,demand-driven innovation scheme,government-guided innovation scheme,environmental impact innovation scheme and service catalytic innovation scheme.Finally,according to the research results,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving and optimizing the cultural industry innovation ecosystem in Hebei province,in order to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of cultural industry in Hebei province.
