Study On The Development And Utilization Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Resources Of The Yellow River With Digital Empowerment

Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin are important national strategies.Protecting the intangible cultural heritage of the Yellow River,inheriting the cultural gene of the Yellow River and carrying forward the era value of the Yellow River culture have become urgent tasks to be implemented.The development and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the yellow river with digital empowerment is an important path to carry forward the Yellow River culture.This study consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part defines the related concepts of the Yellow River intangible cultural heritage and digital empowerment,as well as the empowerment theory and regeneration protection theory.The third part investigates the current situation of national intangible cultural heritage projects and representative inheritors,intangible cultural heritage resource database,cultural and tourism development,intangible cultural heritage policies,provincial libraries and museums,and the characteristic resources of the Yellow River.The fourth part expounds the internal mechanism of the development and utilization of the Yellow River intangible cultural heritage with digital empowerment,and establishes different objectives of the development and utilization of the Yellow River intangible cultural heritage from the three levels of concept level,support level and service level,so as to achieve the purpose of the development and utilization of the Yellow River intangible cultural heritage resources.The fifth part designs the development and utilization path of digital empowerment Yellow River intangible cultural heritage resources,from intangible cultural heritage development concept to integrated development mode,and then to the specific strategies of different stages of public service utilization.The sixth part summarizes and prospects.Starting from the perspective of digital empowerment,this study takes the intangible cultural heritage resources of the Yellow River as the research object,enables digital technology to empower the development and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage resources of the Yellow River,and designs the development and utilization path of the intangible cultural heritage resources of the Yellow River,which has reference significance in inheriting and carrying forward the culture of the Yellow River.
