Research On Women’s Status In Portrait Photography

n a variety of fields,more and more eyes begin to focus on women,which means that the scrutiny and observation of women in society never stops.These focus on women in reality is also nakedly reflected in the image.Women have not only experienced the transition from being watched to being watched on the road of photography,but also their identity has been explored on the road of image.The construction of identity is one of the important forms of conceptual expression in photographic works.From the different ways of viewing to the study of communication value,the construction of female identity in contemporary photography is crucial.This paper studies the issues related to female identity in contemporary photographic art,and puts the perspective into the construction of female identity.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss,mainly using the historical research method,case and comprehensive research method.First of all,the concept and historical development of female identity in portrait photography are sorted out,and combined with the objective conditions of historical development and other aspects of the construction of female identity in contemporary photography are analyzed and explained.Secondly,based on a certain historical view of images,this paper studies and analyzes the construction of different female identities in the images to interpret the issues related to the hidden contemporary female identities and dig out the connotation behind them.Then it analyzes the conceptual expression characteristics of female identity construction in images as well as the deconstruction and reconstruction of identity,and summarizes three artistic expression techniques of identity construction in contemporary photographic art.Finally,based on the contemporary,according to the social and cultural background,this paper analyzes the inspiration of female identity construction and contemporary value embodiment,and explores the communication effect of female identity construction in the field of commercial photography and gives new thinking.The relevant research conclusions are expected to form a certain reference for the research on the construction of female identity.
