What is "anxiety filtration" ?Among them,"jiao" and "lv" are homophonic in Chinese pronunciation,and their signifier refers to anxiety itself,which refers to the filtering of anxiety and anxiety,emphasizing "filter".Taking the anxious emotion mainly in the people aged 20 to 30 as the research subject,this topic explores the effect of 3 illustration elements:line,color,composition on readers’ psychology perception from the perspective of visual-psychology by means of picture books’ visual communication,utilizing metaphor,gradient,comparison for the illustration design of picture books.The picture book "Getting Rid Of Anxiety" aims to lead readers to focus on relevant psychological problems,promote readers’ scientific cognition on anxious emotion as well as empathy on anxiety patients,use CBT to help readers involved anxious emotion adjust themselves,build mentally healthy inner experience,thus to achieve the goal of "filtration".Through consulting psychology literature on "anxiety" and questionnaire,the author collects relevant data,processes and concludes the whole process of anxious emotion from start to end,as the text framework of the picture book "Getting Rid Of Anxiety";besides,extract the "21 days’ emotion diary" from CBT as the contents of the picture book’s "Catalog",in order to achieve the goal of interacting with readers.In allusion to the spreading anxious emotion in current young group,the thesis raises the solutions and strategies of visual design,integrating the practice of picture book design,initially verifies the feasibility of the research,in order to make more people understand and face squarely anxious emotion from themselves and others.
