The rapid development of the Internet technology industry has refreshed the development process of various media platforms, making various unethical vicious incidents more quickly exposed to the public by the media.Especially the universality and seriousness of unethical issues represented by online games have become the focus of public opinion, because " the evil of human nature is infinitely amplified in the virtual world of games, such as: pornography, violence, gambling and addiction, etc. The problem has caused almost all teenagers and young people to participate in madness." Needless to say, these phenomena all reflect that game development companies and employees are pursuing greater economic benefits, while ignoring whether their behavior for the benefit of the organization is in line with universal ethics,Umphress et al defined such behavior as unethical pro-organizational behavior. Therefore, researching and discussing the causes of unethical pro-organizational behaviors affecting the employees of game development companies and clarifying the mechanism of action between them are of great significance to effectively identifying and preventing in pro-organizational unethical behaviors. This article has studied the existing research on moral disengagement, moral potency, ethical leadership, and unethical pro-organizational behavior in domestic and foreign literature, theoretically analyzes the relationship between these four variables, and combines the characteristics of the game industry to propose research hypotheses and models.Secondly, through the questionnaire survey, the questionnaire survey links were distributed to the employees of 50 game development companies in Chengdu, and 528 valid samples were obtained after screening. And through SPSS and AMOS software to conduct analyses on the data to verify the research hypothesis, and the conclusions are as follows:(1)moral disengagement positively affects employees’ unethical proorganizational behavior;(2)moral potency negatively affects employees’ unethical proorganizational behavior;(3)Ethical leadership play a positive regulatory role between moral disengagement and employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior;(4)Ethical leadership play a positive regulatory role between moral potency and employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior. And on this basis, from the perspective of corporate management and industry supervision, respectively, targeted suggestions on how to effectively manage unethical pro-organizations behaviors are put forward. Finally, the limitations and future prospects of this paper are pointed out.
