Research On Process Features And Digital Creativity Of Liling Underglaze Multicolored Porcelain

Chinese ceramics have developed into distinctive ceramic genres and technological characteristics due to the differences in materials,humanities,history and other factors in the place where they are produced.This paper focuses on the following three problems of traditional underglaze multicolored porcelain craftsmanship.The first is that the instability of the underglaze multicolored porcelain echelon causes the instability of the technique inheritance structure;the second is that the type of underglaze multicolored porcelain and the decorative subject matter is single;the third is that the protection and dissemination of multicolored porcelain craftsmanship is insufficient.Firstly,based on the above three problems,this paper introduces the“wisdom hierarchy model” in Scott Page’s book Model Thinking as the theoretical basis,and carries out data collection,extraction and induction on the material characteristics,firing characteristics,tool type characteristics,dyeing characteristics and other technological characteristics of Liling underglaze multicolored porcelain.Literature research,qualitative and quantitative experiments,cognitive model construction and other methods are used to try to put forward a structured model suitable for the expression of the technological characteristics of Liling underglaze multicolored porcelain,and then the technologicalcharacteristics of Liling underglaze multicolored porcelain are combed and calibrated.Secondly,the study carries out a field survey and collects,compares and analyze the data of representative under-glaze masters in Liling.The creative paths of three masters representing the underglaze multicolored porcelain arts and crafts are summarized,the creative strategies of the masters are collected,and the digital learning and inheritance mode of the creative styles of the masters are discussed,which is applied to the training methods of the underglaze multicolored inheritors.Finally,the paper concentrates on the digital creativity of underglaze multicolored porcelain,focusing on the contemporary inheritance research of underglaze multicolored porcelain technology,the analysis of digital innovation of underglaze multicolored porcelain and the research of digital innovation mechanism of underglaze multicolored porcelain.It is proposed that the design method based on the digital creative under glaze color porcelain,integrating digital auxiliary technology optimization under glaze color porcelain product development model and process.Underglaze multicolored porcelain is assisted by product innovation through digital methods.The digital creative methods are respectively initial semantic situation plate design,creative digital simulation,a parameterized shape design.The research on the digital innovation mechanism of underglaze multicolored porcelain is carried out,including the information feedback mechanism for the digital innovation of underglaze multicolored porcelain to improve the service quality of innovation,the information communication mechanism for digital mining innovation demand and the multi-path of process innovation of underglaze multicolored porcelain.Therefore,the research objective of this paper is established in the traditional underglaze multicolored porcelain craft of Liling and integrate digital technology to assist the inheritance and innovation of underglaze multicolored porcelain craftsmanship.
