Research On The Innovative Expression Of Color In The Creation Of 24 Solar Terms Illustration

The 24 solar terms emerged in the agricultural civilization,which is an important reference for the ancients to engage in agricultural activities.Its birth conforms to the laws of nature and is a natural science after thousands of years of exploration.It still plays an important role in today’s reality.At the end of 2016,the 24 solar terms were included in the intangible cultural heritage list by UNESCO,which also reflects the important historical position of traditional solar terms in China’s long civilization,especially the far-reaching impact on China’s agricultural civilization.Using professional knowledge to dig the solar term culture deeply,from the perspective of different majors to study China’s traditional solar term,explore different views and methods.This research is based on the way of color expression: firstly,it carries out the relevant cultural research from the calendar of traditional solar terms,agricultural books and other traditional classics,draws the creative inspiration from the folk art,such as farmer’s painting,paper-cut,print,new year’s painting and other traditional art,and then combines the modern design concept to create a design that combines the psychology of color design with the modern aesthetic characteristics The connotation of culture can also reflect the art works of modern design style.Carry forward our traditional culture with modern design,let it present in the public’s view with a new look.This design expresses the 24 solar terms in the form of illustration,and then designs the peripheral series of cultural and creative products around it.The work will be created in the form of hand-painted expression,using different colors to express the modern expression of traditional solar terms,providing new ideas for the design of solar terms as the theme,and interpreting the expression forms of multi themes,multi types,multi applications and multi techniques.
