Anhui is a big tea-producing province,and the south of Anhui is an important tea producing area and the main area of tea export.Tea economy is prosperous.However,in the period of the Republic of China,tea industry in southern Anhui gradually declined and was on the verge of bankruptcy.The internal factors of its tea industry prosperity and decline have important reference significance for the development of tea industry.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of tea industry development in southern Anhui in the Republic of China to draw lessons and experiences that are beneficial to the development of tea industry.In the period of the Republic of China,tea farmers mainly sold tea outside Anhui Province,engaged in tea garden management,and sold them to tea number after initial production.Tea number acquired raw tea from tea farmers,refined them and sold to foreign banks.Therefore,this paper takes the circulation process of tea as the clue.First studies the natural conditions and the distribution of tea producing areas.Then divides it into two parts:tea garden management and primary tea production process,tea circulation and refined tea processing process,which are responsible for tea production area,and makes in-depth research on all aspects of tea industry in southern Anhui in the period of the Republic of China.The main contents of the analysis are as follows:1.The natural conditions and tea producing areas in southern Anhui Province in the Republic of China.Through the analysis of the natural conditions in southern Anhui,the paper demonstrates the important role of complex mountain system and rich water system for tea in southern Anhui.Through the integration and analysis of statistical data,the distribution map of tea production in southern Anhui during the Republic of China was drawn.The conclusion that the tea production in southern Anhui was mainly distributed in southern Anhui in the Republic of China is obtained.The tea production in Xiuning,Qimen and Shexian was studied in detail,which laid a foundation for the following research on tea garden management,initial raw tea production,raw tea circulation and refined tea processing.2.The management of tea garden in southern Anhui and the initial production of raw tea in the period of the Republic of China.Through the study of the social and economic situation of tea farmers in southern Anhui during the Republic of China,the influence of tea production is analyzed.The conclusion is that the southern Anhui area is closed,the mountain system is complex,the local grain production is low,and the external food is difficult to enter.Most farmers take planting grain as the main business and planting tea as the sideline industry.This is due to the unstable income source of tea.In addition,the lack of food in southern Anhui is determined by two factors.Through the study of tea garden management and tea preliminary production,it is concluded that the importance of tea farmers is insufficient,and then the quality of Raw tea is affected.3.Tea Circulation and refined tea processing in southern Anhui Province during the Republic of China.Through the comparative analysis of the three types of tea number,the number of tea in Tunxi Yangzhuang,the tea number of Benzhuang in Shexian County and the third category of Qimen black tea number.The paper studies the operation mode of the three types of tea numbers and the circulation mode of tea.Firstly,the traffic is very important for the tea number through the influence of the transportation of raw tea and refined tea.Second,relying on external loans to maintain the operation can reduce the threshold of opening tea number,but the tea number will also be subject to the lender.In addition,the tea number will further peel the tea farmers when the raw tea purchase,which makes the quality of tea difficult to be improved.However,the tea number,which relies on its own abundant funds,is more independent in economy.However,the huge volume also brings the problem of overstaffed organization structure,each of which has its advantages and disadvantages.Third,the management of tea number must have enough professional technology,not more as a speculation as Qimen black tea.Otherwise,it will lead to the decline of refined tea quality,so it is necessary for the government to put it into the supervision.This paper has taken a lot of first-hand information from the Republic of China,and extracted the key information from it.Through analysis and comparison,this paper tries to restore the real situation of tea industry in southern Anhui in the Republic of China.This paper is not limited to the tea theory,but combined with the social and economic situation at that time,the paper analyzes the internal causes of the phenomenon from a deeper level.
