Learning strategies are of great help to the improvement of learning effect and academic performance.It is necessary to choose and apply appropriate learning strategies in professional learning.But many factors affect learning strategies,including the influence of professional background.At the same time,the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(hereinafter referred to as "MTCSOL")has a complex professional background.Therefore,this study starts from a professional background,takes MTCSOL students from Xinjiang Normal University as the research objects,and uses research methods such as questionnaires and interviews to analyze the overall characteristics of their learning strategies and the trend of learning strategies used by MTCSOL students with different undergraduate majors.and characteristics.Through researching,the current situation of the use of learning strategies among MTCSOL students in this university is as follows: generally positive,but there are also insufficiently active learning strategies.In the main strategy dimension,the motivation to use metacognitive strategies and cognitive strategies is average;in the sub-strategy dimension,the motivation to use fine processing strategies is insufficient,the monitoring and planning strategies are not motivated enough,and the motivation to use time management is average.In the professional background,this study analyzes the characteristics of learning strategies of MTCSOL students: the use of cognitive strategies,metacognitive strategies,and resource management strategies lacks balance and has obvious tendencies.The enthusiasm for using cognitive strategies is as follows: Civil Engineering > Chinese Language and Literature >Foreign Language and Literature > Others Power,thinking,and generalization are not enough.Using metacognitive strategies,Civil Engineering>Other>Foreign Language and Literature>Chinese Language and Literature,is characterized by strong self-supervision and control ability on learning strategies,fully aware of the objectivity and pertinence of learning strategies,and lack of consciousness in using planning strategies,lack of planning of learning activities.Use resource management strategies,Other > Foreign Language and Literature >Chinese Language and Literature > Civil Engineering,characterized by effective use of learning strategies,high utilization of learning resources,a strong sense of collaboration,and ability to manage emotions,but lack of learning time management awareness.In addition,this study also summarizes the characteristics of MTCSOL students in learning strategy cognition,usefulness,attitude,and initiative through interviews.Based on the above analysis,combined with the interview content,the author puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions from the levels of students,teachers and colleges,The purpose is to enable teachers and colleges to provide high-quality conditions for Xinjiang Normal University MTCSOL students to obtain effective learning strategies,so that Xinjiang Normal University MTCSOL students can adjust their learning strategies according to their own characteristics,and provide help for postgraduate learning.In addition,the study also objectively analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the current research,and hopes to improve it on this basis in the future.
