It has been eleven years since the first mid-term examination of MTCSOL in 2009 to 2020,and five rounds of subject evaluations have been conducted.The level evaluation will be launched for the first time at the end of 2020.This level evaluation will mark a new stage of professional master’s training in China,and will have an important impact on the construction of professional degree authorization centers for MTCSOL and talent training.Specialized degree graduate student enrollment expansion in recent years,badly needed for professional master’s evaluation system to guide,2020 degree evaluation index system is very important to the development of professional degree graduate student,master of Chinese international education as a professional master’s degree,the development of more cannot leave the guidance of professional degree evaluation,In order to develop itself better,the professional master’s degree site must be guided by the evaluation system,find the correct positioning,give full play to its characteristics,and achieve a better development of the study site.Therefore,this article will be under the perspective of professional degree evaluation of xinjiang international A University Chinese education of postgraduate professional training present situation investigation,mainly from the quality of teaching and learning quality,career quality investigation about the present situation of training,three dimensions and level in professional degree evaluation perspective analysis of xinjiang A University special features and problems in Chinese international education master program,Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization principle and optimization path,and predicts the evaluation results of MTCSOL degree evaluation.The research results show that from the perspective of professional degree level evaluation,A University in Xinjiang has certain problems in the three dimensions of teaching quality,learning quality and career development quality.The main problems in teaching quality are as follows: One is the needs of professional theory knowledge and practice fusion of inadequate,it is cross-cultural communication ability is not strong,four is a professional practice way and the correlation is not high,five is the teacher’s classroom appeal is not high,six is Russian satisfaction is relatively low,listening and speaking class number seven is sent overseas Confucius institute school,eight is enough internship teaching,Ninth,the interns are deficient in classroom teaching and teaching design.Tenth,some students are not satisfied with the master’s degree of MTCSOL.The main problems in learning quality are as follows: first,the results of innovation and entrepreneurship training are few;Second,the rate of obtaining international Chinese teacher certificate is low;Third,the acquisition of foreign language ability is weak;Fourth,the lack of innovative spirit of students;The main problems in the quality of career development are as follows: first,the overall career matching is low;second,students’ contribution to the development of international Chinese education industry is low.But,the school master of Chinese international education training also has its own characteristics: one is for central Asia regional characteristic curriculum construction;Second,the extensive use of case teaching method;Third,the construction of overseas Confucius Institutes provides a platform for talent training;Fourthly,the construction and development of practice base have enriched the cultivation path;Fifth,the construction of ideological and political courses is closely related to the direction of personnel training.Via analysis,in the quality of teaching and learning quality,career quality mainly comes from the reason of problems in Chinese international education master’s training,the stage as a whole from Chinese international master’s graduate recruitment,training,education,work have some problem,some of these problems from the students themselves,have a plenty of springs from teachers,some are from school.Finally,based on the evaluation index system of professional degree level,this paper proposes optimization principles and paths for the cultivation system of MTCSOL in XINJIANG A University.By creating a micro simulation class,organize class competition,improve the students listening to lectures,to strengthen the college with all parties resources cooperation,strengthening the construction of infrastructure of the Confucius institute,to improve students’ language competence,improve the ability of grasp the domestic and foreign culture,relying on the advantage of school professional expand overseas professional practice base construction,the construction of Chinese international education online teaching platform,using high-tech to create new Type of teaching practice base and other measures to solve the problems.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the training of MTCSOL.
