| As a noble profession,teachers not only undertake the great mission and responsibility of spreading knowledge,but also shoulder the arduous task of advancing the progress of The Times.Nowadays,with the development of The Times,education requirements for future talents to a higher level,music education students as the main force of the future music basic education,only with excellent professional ability and their own required core quality,can better pass their professional knowledge to primary and secondary school students.Based on the music education majors of six colleges in Xinjiang,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the students of music education majors in Xinjiang University.Firstly,the paper discussed the research background,existing problems and research significance,and collated the relevant research at home and abroad.Based on the existing research results,this paper compiled the Questionnaire on Core Literacy of Music Education Majors from four aspects: knowledge,ability,morality and professional concept.Through the analysis,it is found that the basic theoretical foundation of music major in Xinjiang University is not solid,professional ability development is not balanced,teacher’s moral weakening,practice innovation ability needs to be further improved.On this basis,the author puts forward five training strategies from strengthens the connection between theoretical courses and practical courses,strengthens the education environment,enhances the students’ independent innovation consciousness and sets up practical platform. |
