Application Of Splicing Form In Contemporary Meticulous Figure Painting ——Taking My Creative Practice As An Example

Composition is an indispensable factor in the creation of brushwork figure painting,which is crucial to a work,is a reasonable arrangement of the structure and pattern of the whole picture,and is an important part of the painter’s own unique artistic style.With the development of the times and the modernization process,painters are trying to explore new painting language and expression in order to create art works that fit with the aesthetics of the times,and the form of splicing is one of the commonly used forms of composition in contemporary brushwork figure paintings.Different splicing forms will make the picture present different visual feelings and artistic effects.In this paper,we analyze the language of the strip-screen stitching form by studying the selected award-winning works of the National Art Exhibition in recent years and the outstanding works of contemporary painters,and further explore the strip-screen stitching form in practice by combining the author’s graduation creation "Dreaming of Youth" and "Tea Cultivation".
