| With the promulgation and implementation of the "Health China 2030" plan,middle-aged people have become increasingly aware of fitness,and their pursuit of health and happiness exceeds other needs.Addressing the health issues of middle-aged people is an important part of promoting the construction of "Healthy China",and is also the key to "active ageing",as well as meeting the needs of middle-aged people for a better and healthier life.In recent years,with the promotion of active ageing,research has generally focused on improving the physical fitness and mental health of middle-aged people through appropriate exercise,which in turn improves their quality of life,and ballroom dance exercise meets the exercise intensity and psychological needs of middle-aged people.Based on this,the study selects two aspects of sleep quality and subjective well-being,mainly using experimental methods,questionnaires and expert interviews,to further discuss the effects of ballroom dancing exercise on middle-aged people’s sleep quality and subjective well-being and the correlation between the two,supplemented by experimental data on middle-aged people’s regular participation in tai chi exercise,with the aim of validating and developing the promotion of active ageing through the above studies.scientific fitness programmes and exercise interventions to promote active ageing.The results of the study showed that:(1)after 12 weeks of exercise,the total PSQI sleep score of the ballroom dance exercise group was lower than that before the experiment,with a highly significant decrease in the total score(p<0.05)and a significant decrease in the scores of seven factors in the PSQI(p<0.05);after 12 weeks of exercise,the total PSQI score of the tai chi exercise group decreased compared to that before the experiment,with a small significant difference(p>0.05),in which only three Only three of the factors were significantly lower(p<0.05).(2)In the ballroom dance exercise group,after 12 weeks of exercise,the total GWB score was significantly higher than before the experiment,and the improvement in the total score was very significant(p<0.05),in which the scores of the four factors of health,mindfulness,satisfaction and anxiety of GWB were significantly improved(p<0.05);in the tai chi exercise group,after 12 weeks of exercise,the total GWB score was improved compared with before the experiment,but the significant difference was small(p>0.05),in which only The GWB scores of only two factors improved significantly(p<0.05).(3)The total PSQI score of women who participated in ballroom dancing was slightly lower than that of men(p>0.05);the total GWB score was slightly higher than that of men(p>0.05).The study concluded that:(1)social dance and tai chi exercise improved the quality of sleep of middle-aged people.Compared to the two exercises,ballroom dancing exercise was more effective than tai chi exercise in improving middle-aged people’s sleep problems in terms of both sleep efficiency and sleep disturbance.(2)Participation in ballroom dancing and tai chi exercise increased middle-aged people’s subjective well-being,and ballroom dancing exercise increased middle-aged people’s subjective well-being more than tai chi exercise in terms of health concerns,depression or a happy state of mind.(3)A study comparing middle-aged people of different genders who performed ballroom dancing exercise showed that women had lower sleep quality scores than men and slightly better sleep quality than men;women had higher subjective well-being scores than men and slightly better subjective well-being than men. |
