Research On The Internal Control Of WECI English

With the booming development of China’s education industry,a large amount of capital has been injected into the market of education industry.However,most enterprises pursue capital interests,and the market is full of mixed educational institutions.Developing SMEs often face the risk of unstable operation and bankruptcy due to the lack of scientific management basis and mismanagement and other aspects.In tracing the causes,we find that many enterprises have neglected the importance of internal control management.In the context of the "double reduction" in 2021,the pressure on the development of the education industry is increasing day by day.Under the unchangeable external macro-control environment,it is very important to optimize the internal control management of enterprises to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.Formal normative documents,namely the Basic Standards for Enterprise Internal Control and the Guidelines for Enterprise Internal Control,have been published and the operation of enterprise internal control can now be analyzed qualitatively.Internal control management plays an important role in preventing operational and financial risks,and is an important guideline to ensure the proper operation and sustainable development of a company.This paper takes the problems of internal control management irregularities occurring in WICI English as the object of study,generally reflecting the common internal control deficiencies that exist in the development process of Chinese SMEs.Combining the development rules of SMEs in the Chinese context,the current situation,problems and causes of WICI English’s internal control are analyzed according to internal control theory,and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.The specific lines of the paper proceed through the textual context of problem identification,problem analysis and problem solving,and the content of the discussion is carried out in terms of the five elements of internal control.From the aspect of internal environment,the enterprise currently has problems such as single organizational structure,confusing distribution of rights and responsibilities,backward human resource mechanism,low level of management personnel and internal culture construction to be improved.The risk assessment aspect focuses on two aspects of risk awareness and risk assessment mechanism.The control activity link has problems in budget control,performance appraisal,treasury inventory,R＆D and contract.In the aspect of information communication the enterprise lacks communication management and information management system to be improved and other problems.Finally,in the aspect of internal supervision there are mainly problems such as the lack of internal control supervision system.This paper analyzes the causes of the specific problems and proposes corresponding optimization strategies according to the requirements of management in the development process of WICI English.In terms of the internal environment,optimization is mainly carried out through five aspects: improving the organizational structure,optimizing the division of authority and responsibility,improving human resource management policies,increasing the management talent pool and adjusting the corporate culture.In terms of risk assessment,optimization is carried out mainly by raising managers’ awareness of risk management,establishing risk teams,and formulating corporate risk response strategies based on risk assessment results.In terms of control activities,optimization is mainly carried out by strengthening the management of finance and treasury,improving the performance appraisal system,strengthening contract management,and reasonably controlling R＆D expenditures.In terms of information and communication,the information management system is reasonably applied to strengthen internal information communication.In terms of internal supervision,a perfect internal control supervision system and specific links of supervision and inspection mechanism are established.
