A Study On The Music Geography Of Folk Songs In Northeast Hubei

The study of music geography of Chinese traditional music can be regarded as not only a branch of cultural geography,but also an aspect of ethnomusicology,which is a cross research field across musicology and geography.The research on the music geography of northeast Hubei folk songs takes 371 northeast Hubei folk songs in the integration of Chinese folk songs · Hubei volume as the research object,and carries out three aspects: morphological research,geographical distribution research and cultural connotation research.Morphological research includes the study of various elements of genre,tone and phonology and the study of structural integration;Geographical distribution research mainly refers to the spatial characteristics of various elements,and uses GIS technology to visualize the distribution of various elements of folk songs;The study of cultural connotation refers to the cultural interpretation based on quantitative research to explore the cultural connotation of the geographical distribution of folk songs in Northeast Hubei.
