The legend of Zeng Houyi is written by young composer Li bochan with the theme of historical figure Zeng Houyi and the Dragon Boat Tune of Hubei folk song,with ups and downs of melody.This paper mainly analyzes the song from the two aspects of "performance skills" and "emotional expression".In terms of "performance skills",this paper expounds the author’s practice experience and performance essentials from the basic skills such as changing handle,plucking string and pausing bow.In terms of "emotional expression",starting from the music performance picture,combined with the author’s imagination,this paper expounds the inner picture and emotional expression during performance.It is hoped that it can provide theoretical reference and performance inspiration for the majority of Erhu players and contribute to the promotion of national music culture.
