Exoticism And Singing In Puccini’s Opera Turandot ——Take The Aria "Master,Please Listen To Me"

"Turandot" is one of Puccini’s most representative opera works.Although it is an unfinished work,it has also become the object of research and discussion among Chinese musicians because of its exotic oriental elements.This article takes the exoticism as the starting point,through studying the creative background of "Turandot",listing the oriental elements in its text and music,in order to expound the oriental color in "Turandot".Taking the aria "Master,please listen to me" as an example,I mainly analyze the oriental charm of the song from the two aspects of Liu’s character image and melody creation techniques,and finally carry out a singing analysis based on my own learning and singing experience.and practical insights.
