TD advertising company is a film and television production based advertising company,mainly for the various sizes of government and enterprises in Sichuan province to shoot and produce advertising films,propaganda films,report films,documentaries and other film and television content.COVID-19,which broke out in early 2020,has had a severe impact on China’s economy and society,with the service industry,which is dominated by advertising,catering,tourism and entertainment,being the most affected.Take the film and television production team of TD Advertising Company as an example.After the outbreak of COVID-19,the film and television production team faced a sharp decline in business volume and profits,resulting in team members and positions mismatch,team member evaluation system missing,team members’ job satisfaction decreased team management problems.In this paper,TD advertising company film and television production team as the research object,for the TD advertising company film and television production team in the current business situation,how to adjust and optimize the team management in order to cope with the current market environment and stand firm in the industry,maintain a strong market competitiveness for the purpose of research.First of all,this paper gives a brief introduction to the basic situation of TD advertising Company,and then expounds the management status of TD advertising company’s film and television production team,including the working process,post setting and business status of the film and television production team.Then,this paper investigates the management status of the film and television production team of TD Advertising Company,and finds that there are three problems:the mismatching of team members’ working ability with their posts,the mismatching of team members’ personalities with their posts,and the lack of team members’ evaluation system.Then,this paper refer to collect about the film and television production,team management,the method of SWOT,Person-Job Fit,competency model and MBTI these six aspects about the theory as the theoretical basis,by behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey research methods,competency elements analysis and using the MBTI personality test tool post after a personality test,This paper constructs the competency model of TD advertising company’s film and television production team.Then,this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement of the above three aspects of problems in film and television production teams,including creating a job description based on the competency model,establishing an evaluation system for team members,paying attention to the job satisfaction of team members,implementing dynamic man-post management and other measures.In order to achieve through The TD advertising company film and television production team through optimization and improvement can adapt to the current market environment,and maintain a strong market competitiveness,ultimately achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of film and television production team.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and points out the limitations of this study.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,suggestions can be put forward to improve the management strategy of TD advertising company film and television production team,so that TD advertising company film and television production team can adapt to the current market environment,and maintain a strong market competitiveness.By improving the management level of film and television production team,improving the effect of person-post matching,improving the work efficiency and performance of individuals and teams,TD advertising company film and television production team to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,At the same time,it is also hoped that the research process and results of this paper can provide reference for other film and television production companies in the advertising industry in team management strategy.
