This paper mainly explores the core cultural significance of Hayao Miyazaki’s animated films with the help of the empathic discourse theory in film psychology.As the creative subject,the director uses unique expression methods and creative techniques in his works to give life to the works,and the creation of the works is given a philosophical proposition of intentional implication.As the accepted subject,the works are accepted and absorbed by the public viewers as the object,and the emotional resonance and cognitive experience produced in this process.From the completion of creation to the acceptance of works,the whole process virtually constitutes a perfect empathy system.The first chapter is a comprehensive understanding of hayasaki’s life and his creation of animation,which is divided into four chapters;The second chapter explores the empathic expression of Hayao Miyazaki’s animated films.Through the analysis of the role shaping,image application and audio-visual language in his films,we can observe the empathy of Hayao Miyazaki’s animation films;The third chapter analyzes Hayao Miyazaki’s construction of empathy discourse in the process of animation film creation.Through the analysis of the relationship between subject and object in the empathy discourse system and the discussion of the construction process of empathy discourse,it explores that the empathy of Hayao Miyazaki’s works is based on the common system of film aesthetics;The fourth chapter explains the significance of empathy in Hayao Miyazaki’s animated films.
