| With the rapid development of society,the trend of feminism gradually swept the world,which has become a well-known humanistic topic.Where there is oppression there is resistance,that’s why women who have been under the discipline of the patriarchal social system for a long time are gradually aware of the discrimination and inequality they suffer.Born with human dignity and the pursuit of equality and freedom,they have awakened their female consciousness one after another.They realized that they are not only women,but also human beings.In addition to assisting her husband and educate the children as a virtuous woman,women can also play the role of human in society and realize the life value and social value.The inequality between gender,which is constantly reminded in life,has brought anxiety and anger to oppressed women who are born with human dignity.As a mediation tool between human beings and the world,art should not only vent the artist’s emotions,but also resonate with the audience.Therefore,when female artists awakened their female consciousness,feminist art full of this expression of anxiety and anger came into being.In recent years,feminist art has deepened.Female artists are keenly observing the world with their unique female perspective,expressing themselves with their delicate strokes and exploring a unique artistic language in a way full of female consciousness.They strive to break the situation that women can only be regarded as the object of gaze in art,in which way they could turn a women in the painting into a spiritual and independent person,which belonged to men alone in the art and culture of the past millennium.This paper will combine the humanistic and social science theory of feminism with the creative examples of feminist artists,re understand the emotional and spiritual expression of contemporary feminist artists,and finally systematically sort out the complementary relationship between the awakening of female consciousness and feminist art. |
