Curriculum standards are the basis of academic evaluation,and the design of academic evaluation based on curriculum standards is the key to the success of the new curriculum reform.With the advancement of global curriculum reform,researchers have begun to study the consistency of test evaluation and curriculum standards.As an effective test method for students’ academic evaluation,the senior high school entrance examination can not only measure the results of junior high school students’ nine-year compulsory education,but also reflect the specific implementation of curriculum standards in the region.This study takes the English test questions of the senior high school entrance examination in Fujian Province in recent years as the research object,combined with the "English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)",to explore the consistency of the senior high school entrance examination English test questions and curriculum standards.In order to answer "What is the degree of consistency between the English test paper for Fujian high school entrance examination and curriculum standard? " This study selects the Webb model as a research tool,and strives to understand the degree of consistency between the English test papers and the curriculum standards for the senior high school entrance examination in Fujian Province from four dimensions,namely(1)categorical concurrence,(2)depth of knowledge concurrence,(3)range of knowledge correspondence,(4)balance of representation.The specific implementation process of this research is as follows: first,the content of the curriculum standard and the subject objectives contained in each field are coded;secondly,the test paper is coded and data statistics are carried out,and the knowledge points examined in each question correspond to the curriculum standard among the specific goals required.Finally,the distribution of test papers and curriculum standards in the four dimensions of consistency is counted and the data are sorted and analyzed separately.The research results show that the consistency between the English test papers for the Fujian Senior High School Entrance Examination basically reaches the standard.The depth of knowledge concurrence and the balance of representation fully meet the standard,the categorical concurrence fails to reach the standard in the domain of cultural awareness,and the range of knowledge correspondence is not up to standard in the domain of language knowledge and cultural awareness.In order to improve the degree of agreement between the test papers and the curriculum standards,the author summarizes and puts forward three suggestions:(1)Experts should improve the expression of specific goals in the content of the curriculum standards.(2)Proposition experts should strengthen research on consistency.(3)Front-line teachers should make good use of consistency theory to guide teaching.
