Research purpose: in recent years,Latin dance,as a new sport, has developed and expanded rapidly in China.Cha Cha dance is also an easy-to-use and most accepted dance in Latin dance. It is essential to explore the internal law of plantar pressure in its basic steps.Chek step is the most common and basic basic step in Cha Cha dance. If you change the music rhythm or action direction on the conventional Chek step,it will be transformed into other basic steps. Therefore, the research on Chek step is necessary. The purpose of this study was to explore the distribution characteristics of Chek’s plantar pressure in Cha Cha dance.By studying the change characteristics of plantar pressure during the completion of Chek action, the distribution law of plantar pressure during the preparation stage, the beginning stage, the center of gravity transfer stage and the end stage of Chek action is clarified.Research methods: This study takes 12 Latin special female students of Xi’an Institute of physical education as the experimental objects, including 6 college team players(college team female players majoring in sports dance of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education)and 6 ordinary Latin special female players. The version number v1.0 produced by Italian sensormedica company was used in the experiment 3.The30 de freestep plantar pressure gait analysis system collects the data of various indexes of plantar pressure on the subjects. The subjects need to test the Chacha Chek step with bare feet. The main indexes are:(1)pressure peak;(2)Contact area;(3)Peak pressure;(4)Pressure center trajectory;(5)Pressure change curve. The data of the two groups of subjects were analyzed by independent sample t-test,and the data were analyzed with the test indicators and action phases.Results:(1)pressure peak: the order of pressure peak is different at each time of Chacha Chek step. The stress in M1 area and M2 ~ 3 area of medial metatarsal in each group is obvious, and the maximum pressure peak in metatarsal area reaches 242 85±12.21N。 The stress of the inner heel MH area and the outer heel LH area at the last two moments(center of gravity transfer time and end time)was significantly higher than that at the beginning, and the maximum pressure peak in the heel area reached 23928±16.63N。 In the cheke step, the stress of T2 ~ 5 area of phalanges and MF area in the foot were less than that of other areas, and the peak pressure was also less than that of key metatarsal area and medial heel area.(2)Contact area: in the whole Chek step, the contact area changes due to the transfer of center of gravity and the change of pressure.Several zones with large contact area are related to the pressure peak, that is,the zones with concentrated pressure, mainly including metatarsal M1,M2 ~ 3,heel MH and LH.(3)Peak pressure: the peak pressure is the pressure on the unit area.In the cheke step, the maximum pressure peak of the two groups of subjects is basically distributed in the metatarsal area and heel area. The maximum pressure peak appears in different zones at different times. The maximum pressure peak in the metatarsal area of the main foot reaches 34.5% 25±8.At 69 kpa,the maximum pressure peak in the heel area reached 25 53±4.49KPa。(4)Pressure center track: the pressure center track of the hospital team group is relatively clear, starting from the big toe T1,passing through the metatarsal M2 ~ 3along the foot center line to the MF area in the foot, and finally ending near the heel area, and the whole track line is clear without redundant branches and radians;Compared with the hospital team group, the pressure center trajectory line of the ordinary group is not stable.Except for the main line, the end part is close to the outside of the foot and finally ends to the M2 ~ 3 area of the metatarsal bone.(5)Pressure change curve: the pressure change curve of both feet in the hospital team group is relatively clear, and there are obvious peaks and troughs at the junction of left and right feet at all times, without redundant curve fluctuations;Although there are peaks and troughs at the junction of time, there are redundant curve fluctuations in the ordinary group.Research conclusions:(1)action preparation time: all indicators are in a static state. The force on the inner and middle areas of the foot of the hospital team group is stronger than that of the ordinary group. The force on the ordinary group is basically distributed in the middle and outer areas of the foot.At this time, the foot force of the hospital team group is more concentrated.(2)Action start time: there are not many zones with obvious differences in the whole foot, which are basically located in T2 ~ 5 area of phalanges. Therefore, there is little difference and reference between the ordinary group and the hospital team group at this time.(3)Center of gravity movement time: the difference between the hospital team group and the ordinary group is the most significant at this time. The stability between feet of the ordinary group is not as good as that of the hospital team group, and the control force of foot muscles is insufficient and the grip is not strong.(4)End time of action: the center of gravity of the ordinary group is closer to the back of the body, the plantar force of the hospital team group is more uniform, the action quality and completion are higher, and the center of gravity movement control ability is better.
