Unearthed Portrait Stone Liao Tomb Research

The tomb of Liao dynasty with picture stone is a unique kind of tomb in Liao Dynasty.This paper takes the picture stone tomb of Liao Dynasty as the research object.The first chapter mainly combs the distribution of the unearthed picture stone tomb of Liao Dynasty according to the excavation materials.The second chapter discusses the stages and characteristics of the unearthed stone tomb of Liao Dynasty from the aspects of burial form,chronology and burial objects.The third chapter divides the theme of stone inscriptions into three categories: figures,animals and patterns,and discusses the distribution,classification and evolution of tombs.The fourth chapter discusses the burial family,burial custom,different burial relations,burial sculpture art and national integration.Through the research,the paper discusses the shape and structure changes of different types of tombs in the Liao tomb,and makes clear the classification and evolution of the themes and contents of the unearthed stone,and probes into the related issues such as the family of the tomb,funeral customs,and ethnic communication.
