| Educational internship is one of the important training processes for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,and the internship program is the concentrated embodiment of the educational philosophy and plays an important guiding role in the practice.Although the 2009 "Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages Master’s Degree Graduate Guidance Training Program" has set educational practice as a 6-credit course,the development of the practice program does not seem to attract everyone’s attention.Under the background that the COVID19 completely disrupted the original arrangement of internships,the research will focus on the reform of the internship program for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.The OBE education concept is result oriented and designs education plans around the expected results to help learners achieve the expected results through learning.This research adopts the methods of text analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.It analyzes the practice documents of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages issued by the Education Steering Committee and the practice scheme of H school,one of the representatives of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages training institutions.It has conducted three interviews with two college instructors,three practice instructors and five internship students.A total of about 110000 words of interview data were obtained.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 46 students in2019 of H school,and 40 valid questionnaires were recovered.This study found that the original internship program has some problems,such as unclear goal setting,general and single internship content,vague internship management responsibilities,and easy formalization of internship evaluation.Based on the results of text analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and taking the OBE concept as the theoretical framework,this study finally constructs the new Internship Scheme after two rounds of revision.The new program consists of four parts: internship results,internship content,internship management and internship evaluation.The internship results are based on the framework of "core competence-competence indicators",including 5 core competencies and 16 secondary indicators.The internship content is designed around the internship results,and the internship content is arranged according to different core competencies and competency indicators.The internship management is mainly formulated from two aspects: standardizing the internship management system and clarifying the responsibilities of dual mentors,so as to provide conditions for the achievement of internship results.The internship evaluation system consists of evaluation subject,evaluation method and evaluation standard. |
