| Entering the 21 st century,people’s living standards are getting better and better,but the law enforcement environment is getting more and more complicated.At the same time,the CPC Central Committee issued all kinds of documents and opinions on the standardization of law enforcement in the public security system,starting from the top-level design,strict requirements for law enforcement standards,and stricter requirements for grassroots law enforcement personnel.Changes in the environment and new requirements make the strivers on the front-line law enforcement posts-grassroots officers face greater pressure,in the daily execution of tasks,often encounter unpleasant,work mood is prone to fluctuations.In this case,if the psychological resilience of grassroots officers is not high enough,it is difficult to quickly recover from difficulties and setbacks and adjust themselves,it is difficult to devote oneself to the current or the following work.Therefore,from the perspective of psychological resilience,this paper will explore the influencing factors and process of grassroots police work involvement,and look for strategies to optimize work involvement.Based on the interval of a month to collect the data of two point questionnaire investigation and interview method,trying to understand the job involvement of Shanghai S area basic-level policemen,mental flexibility and the present situation of the work mood,analysis the correlation and whether resilience ability to work through the emotional effects on job involvement,and explore the grass-roots police from the perspective of psychological resilience factors promoting the strategy of job involvement.The questionnaire survey mainly used CD-RISC version,Chinese version of Work Emotion Scale(JAWS)and Public Security version of Utrecht-9 Work Engagement Scale.165 valid questionnaires were collected.Then,the author mainly interviewed 11 policemen with high flexibility and low flexibility,and discussed the relevant factors conducive to improving the psychological resilience of grassroots policemen with low flexibility and specific measures to improve it.The results of the questionnaire showed that most grass-roots policemen had high work involvement,positive work emotion and mental resilience,and low negative work emotion,but a small number of policemen had low work involvement,low work emotion and low mental resilience,which indicated that there was an imbalance in these aspects.At the same time,it is found that the grassroots police with insufficient work investment and more negative emotions are mainly concentrated in the grassroots police stations with large work load.In addition,there was a significant positive correlation between the mental resilience,positive work emotion and job involvement of grassroots policemen,while there was a significant negative correlation between the negative work emotion and mental resilience,positive work emotion and job involvement,and the positive work emotion played a mediating effect on the effect of mental resilience on job involvement.The interview results show that there are three main factors affecting the psychological resilience of grassroots police officers: individual(physiology and psychology),organization(material security and psychological care)and society(mass groups and media).Finally,based on the results of the questionnaire and interview,this paper put forward from the perspective of psychological elastic protective basic-level policemen work for low input promotion strategy,including strengthen the basic-level policemen psychological elastic internal factors and external system support,the two aspects of contributing to low input basic-level policemen have higher mental flexibility,improve their work inputs,To help improve the overall work quality of the public security team. |
