| With the development of the country and the deepening of global integration,in 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "Master Plan for deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New period",which puts forward new requirements in the reform of student evaluation.The new English curriculum standard also emphasizes the change of the single evaluation method based on examination and the construction element in the evaluation proposal.The evaluation system of nourishing guidance,pluralistic subject and various ways promotes learning by evaluation and teaching by evaluation.Thus it can be the importance of evaluation,primary school stage is the initial stage of English learning,but also the key to cultivate students’ interest in learning.As an important method of teaching evaluation,incentive evaluation can stimulate students’ interest in learning and grasp students.Attention to improve teaching efficiency.At present,there is a demand for improvement in the application effectiveness of incentive evaluation in primary schools.This study complements primary school English.The relevant knowledge of classroom teaching practice research,but also provides valuable experience for first-line primary school English teachers;In the establishment of equal teacher-student relationship,build a good teaching atmosphere,so that students face themselves squarely,beyond their own Practical significance.This study expounds what motivational evaluation is,combined with the characteristics of English in primary schools in China,and takes X school as an example,the survey method,classroom observation method and case study method were used to questionnaire the third to sixth grade students.English learning teachers are interviewed,and the application of motivational evaluation in English classroom is observed.It is concluded that the application of motivational evaluation in primary school EnglishOn the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation of application,find out the problems existing in the application of incentive evaluation.Find out the reasons.The corresponding application suggestions are given from three aspects: teacher professional skill training and improving teachers’ professional development level.Change the boring classroom atmosphere in the past,make the classroom live,and at the same time cultivate students’ confidence and enthusiasm in learning English,so that students have a sense of achievement in learning English,really become an all-round development of people. |
