Conductor Interpretation Of Grassland Style Chorus Work ——Taking Three Chorus Work As An Example

With the vigorous development of chorus in China,more and more chorus activities are participated in by the public.Grassland style chorus works are loved by Chorus teams and have become the choice for many chorus teams to show on the stage and on the field.Different styles of choral works show the cultural characteristics and artistic details of different regions.This paper focuses on three chorus works of grassland style,and carries on the command interpretation from different angles.As a chorus conductor student,I analyzed the process of how the conductor filled the music score on paper with his soul when facing the works from four aspects: the artistic characteristics of three grassland style chorus works,the desk work in the early stage,the problems and solutions encountered in rehearsal,and the expression design of the conductor.Through the research on the conductor interpretation of three grassland style chorus works,we can draw the following conclusions:Grassland style chorus works often use the rhythm and beat with Mongolian characteristics.When conducting,we should know how to be flexible and not tangle with the standard conductor beat;When leading singers of different styles are added to grassland style chorus works,they should conduct command interpretation according to different work styles in order to integrate the works and the team;The expression of the conductor’s beat should not be too cumbersome.Only by simplifying as much as possible can the choir better understand the meaning that the conductor wants to express.
