Liu Jian’s Research On The Realist Style Of Animated Films

As an independent animator,Liu Jian has a keen sense of real life and a strong desire to create.His animated films are not only based on the examination and attention to the real life,but also incorporate the personalized life experience and perception.In terms of film content,his animated films not only do not avoid some unreasonable factors in the current society,but also actively promote the solution of problems through films,so that the audience can follow the social truth disclosed in animated films and discuss,ask and reflect on valuable practical problems.Therefore,although his animated films are difficult and rough,they are full of power;Although the plot is cruel,it hides moving warmth.In terms of techniques of expression,he designed the scenes,characters,lens language,colors,sounds and other aspects of animation films,which also made the realistic style of animation films increasingly prominent.This paper takes Liu Jian’s two independent animated films " Piercing I " and "Have a Nice Day" as the research object,and probes into the realistic style of his works in three chapters.The first chapter introduces the way of Liu Jian’s animation and the influence of Japanese animation directors Kon Satoshi and Oishi Mamoru on his creation,so as to explore the causes of the realism style of his animation films.The second chapter,starting from the theme of his works,expounds Liu Jian’s concern and unique thinking about real life.The third chapter discusses the realistic style of Liu Jian’s animation films,and deepens the research theme through specific case analysis.
