The teaching of Chinese as a second language has gone through more than 70 years of ups and downs,and the types and quantities of teaching Chinese as a foreign language are also increasing.As an important part of the "san jiao",teaching materials,which are also one of the basic elements of the generation of teaching quality,can have a decisive and fundamental impact on teaching activities and teaching quality.A good teaching material is of great importance to improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Listening textbooks are the carrier of acquiring listening skills and the basis for teachers to carry out listening teaching.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of listening teaching as a foreign language and improve the compilation of Chinese listening textbooks,it is imperative to study listening textbooks and their development trend from the perspective of the development history of listening textbooks.In addition to the introduction,conclusion and appendix,the main content is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the overall development and change of Chinese listening teaching materials in Sun Yat-sen University in the past ten years,selects representative teaching materials according to the research purpose and research needs,and researches the teaching materials based on the current evaluation criteria of teaching materials and related language acquisition theories.The second chapter points out the differences between the two versions of the listening teaching material "Developing Chinese · Listening",analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and probes into the development and change of Chinese listening teaching material.The last chapter puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the topic selection,practice setting and other aspects of the textbook based on the problems and deficiencies found in the previous chapter,so as to achieve better development of the textbook.It is hoped that the research of this paper can sort out a clearer direction for the development of Chinese listening teaching materials as a foreign language and provide some help for the research of Chinese listening as a foreign language.
