Application Of“Zhuoqu”in The Modern Ceramic Art ——Series Of Works Created Based On The“Return To Nature”

With the development of society and the improvement of living standard,people no longer simply pursue material needs,but also gradually enrich their spiritual and emotional pursuits.Nowadays,the display forms and decorative forms of contemporary ceramic art are rich and diverse,but the popularity of complex art forms is often only short-lived.In the end,people still yearn for nature and long for the original simplicity which is also the fundamental resonance of art in people’s hearts.Based on the characteristics of simplicity and antiquity,the art form “Zhuoqu”echoes the pursuit of the public with the form of "retreat in order to advance".Ceramic art works can be combined with “Zhuoqu” in terms of creative techniques,shapes,colors,lines,decorations,etc.The integration of “Zhuoqu” and contemporary ceramic art,that is,the innovation of contemporary ceramic art of “hide ingenuity in clumsiness” is a breakthrough for people to return to nature and pursue simplicity and innocence,and it also has positive significance for the improvement of personal creation.This thesis is based on the integration of “Zhuoqu” and ceramic art,and takes“Zhuoqu” as the theme.The whole thesis is divided into four chapters,and at the same time,it is combined with personal creation of pottery works for research and explanation.The first part is the introduction,which explains the research object,purpose and significance,expounds the reasons and significance of personal research,conducts research and analysis on the current situation,and clarifies the definition of concepts and innovations.The first chapter starts from the expression of “Zhuoqu” art form in contemporary ceramic art,analyzes its artistic characteristics,expression techniques and the integration of both,and provides theoretical basis and support for this thesis and the creation of works.The second chapter analyzes the practical application of “Zhuoqu” in contemporary ceramic art,finds out the shortcomings of the current situation through the analysis of excellent works,and elaborates the creative process and innovation points from the two aspects of shape and color in combination with my own works.Finally,it explains the expression and perception of emotion in the creative practice,and explains the value embodiment of “Zhuoqu” in contemporary ceramic art,that is,the rapid development of modern society has caused various problems,which lead people to pursue the psychological needs of returning to the original nature brought about by “Zhuoqu”,therefore,the research and application of Zhuoqu in modern ceramic art has unique value and significance.
