The ancient Silk Road stretches from east to west for thousands of years. The grand occasion of "messengers looking to the Tao,and business travel on the way" has witnessed the glorious culture of China from the Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty.According to archaeological investigations of documents, most of the patterns of the cogtail are scattered along the Silk Road in China, and its spread is most likely to be spread eastward from Xinjiang along the Silk Road to the hinterland of the Central Plains.Although earlier in other regions, some scholars found that the scorpion bird pattern can be seen in the unearthed cultural relics, which only shows that the history of the scorpion bird pattern is more ancient. The academic circles define the characteristic image of the "bird with a ribbon" as: "birds with or without a ribbon flying backwards in their mouth".The silk bird was one of the most popular elements in the Tang Dynasty, and was widely used in bronze mirrors, weaving and embroidery, and various jewelry appliances.Among the many patterns of cogwheels in ancient artworks, the image of cogwheels in the tombs of the Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang Dynasties is more beautiful, breaking through the rigid image of the patterns found in cultural relics unearthed in Xinjiang."Ribbon" has a fuller auspicious meaning. The thesis chooses the "Tang Dynasty Consignment Bird Element" as the research object. On the one hand, the Tang Dynasty Consignment Bird as the image of Fu Rui assembled by the legends of the past dynasties has the significance of the inheritance of the cultural style system of the Han and Tang Dynasties;on the other hand,it contains the Consignment Bird element. It is a visual sample with iconic image characteristics in the history of Chinese art.The shape is as pervasive and agile as a flying sky.It has a distinctive feature of inclusiveness, openness and liveliness, and has the value of in-depth analysis with both form and spirit. The thesis is mainly divided into the following aspects: First, through the analysis of the concept, source, background and characteristics of the cogbird element in the Tang Dynasty, explore the cultural meaning behind the cogbird element as a symbol of royal power, and understand its historical aesthetics Connotation;second, starting from its agile shape, color, eclectic social culture, and grand wisdom style, summarize the characteristics of the silk bird element in the Tang Dynasty, and pave the way for the extraction of the silk bird element in the later Tang Dynasty;third, analysis The visual features such as the artistic conception, shape, color, composition, and line characteristics of the silk bird in the Tang Dynasty inspired modern jewelry design;fourth, the Tang Dynasty silk bird element was combined with the modern jewelry design, and its visual characteristics were directly extracted and transformed And indirect extraction and transformation, used to guide practical creation;Fifth,to carry out innovative redesign of the Tang dynasty containing silk bird elements, inherit historical imprints and combine with modern social aesthetics and culture, with ignorance,a realm of nowhere, and a green sky.Hui’s three series research and design modern jewelry series, inherit traditional culture, explore the inheritance relationship between jewelry and ancient traditional culture, and build a bridge connecting ancient and modern.
