Objective: muscle strength is the foundation of competitive sports,and it is the most important link for athletes to master sports skills,improve sports performance and prevent sports injury.Therefore,in order to explore more effective ways of lower limb muscle strength training for young athletes,this study is based on the previous research results of pressure training and vibration training,In order to study the superposition effect of pressure combined with vibration training on muscle function,and explore its mechanism,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the formulation of physical training and the improvement of special ability of young athletes.Methods: 36 male football professional subjects were recruited in Chengdu Institute of physical education and randomly divided into four groups,namely,pressure vibration group(PVT),pressure training group(bfrt),vibration training group(WBV)and load squat group(LST),9 subjects in each group,3 times / week,4 groups / time,30-15-15 times in turn,8 weeks squat intervention(PVT group: 250 mm Hg pressure intensity,2mm amplitude,30 Hz frequency,30% 1 RM load squat;Bfrt group: 250 mm Hg compression strength,30% 1 RM load squat;WBV group: amplitude 2mm,frequency30 Hz,30% 1RM load squat;Lst group: 30% 1RM load squat).The changes of thigh muscle circumference,standing long jump performance(SLJ),peak power(PP),peak torque(PT),root mean square amplitude(RMS),integral electromyography(i EMG),total work(TW)and median frequency(MF)were compared by one-way ANOVA.To clarify the training effect of different intervention methods.Results:(1)the changes of muscle girth before and after the intervention.The results showed that the muscle girth of lower limbs and thighs increased after 8 weeks of intervention.There were significant differences in PVT,bfrt,WBV groups before and after the intervention(P < 0.05),lst group(P > 0.05);The results showed that PVT group was better than bfrt,WBV and LST group in increasing leg circumference(P <0.05)(2)There were significant differences in PT of flexor and extensor,RMS and i EMG of vastus lateralis and rectus femoris in PVT,bfrt and WBV groups before and after intervention(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in LST group before and after intervention(P > 0.05);There was significant difference between PVT group and bfrt,WBV,lst group(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between bfrt group and WBV group(P > 0.05)(3)The results showed that the PP of flexor and extensor in PVT,bfrt and WBV groups before and after intervention were significantly different(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in LST group(P > 0.05);The results showed that there was significant difference between PVT group and bfrt,WBV,lst groups after intervention(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between WBV group and bfrt group,but the mean value of WBV group was higher than that of bfrt group(4)The results showed that there were significant differences in TW of flexor and extensor,MF of lateral femoral muscle and rectus femoris in PVT,bfrt and WBV groups before and after intervention(P < 0.05),but no significant difference in LST group(P > 0.05);There was significant difference between PVT group and bfrt,WBV,lst group(P < 0.05),.There was no significant difference in other groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)8-week pressure training can significantly increase the thigh muscle circumference and the maximum strength of lower limbs(2)After 8 weeks of vibration training,the explosive force of lower limb muscles can be significantly increased because vibration training can stimulate the central nervous system to collect more muscle fibers,but its effect on increasing the circumference and maximum strength of lower limb muscles is weaker than that of pressure training(3)After 8 weeks of pressure combined with vibration training,it was found that the pressure combined with vibration training group was not only better than the pressure training group in the muscle circumference and maximum strength of the lower limbs,but also better than the vibration training group in the explosive force and muscle endurance of the lower limbs under the same amount of training,so the pressure combined with vibration training can effectively improve the muscle function of the lower limbs(4)After 8 weeks of pressure combined with vibration training,the anti fatigue ability of lower limb muscles in the pressure combined with vibration training group was increased effectively,and it was significantly better than that in the single pressure training and vibration training groups.
