With the development of science and technology,the intelligence of industrial manufacturing has become higher and higher,such as the field of automobile manufacturing and maintenance.Among them,the provision of spatial 3D information plays a key role.This article will use this as a starting point to study the application of 3D reconstruction technology.Based on the more mature laser triangulation technology,this topic will propose a threedimensional reconstruction system based on laser triangulation.Through the design and research of this system,the task of measuring large objects can be completed,while providing highly reliable and accurate data information and reducing the impact of ambient light on the3 D reconstruction effect,finally completing the contour scanning and reconstruction.In order to meet the needs of automotive intelligent processing and cleaning,this paper designs an embedded image acquisition and processing system to obtain three-dimensional information on the surface of the object.At the same time,the 3D cloud image display software is designed to better manage and display the 3D data,and the 3D cloud image display software is used to remotely control the front-end embedded image acquisition and processing system.In this paper,the laser and filter are used together to reduce the interference of ambient light during computer vision measurement,so that the embedded image acquisition and processing system can better measure the measured object.In addition,in order to expand the measurement range,a coordinate stitching structure is proposed.Multiple embedded 3D reconstructions are used to complete the combined reconstruction by using multiple embedded image acquisition and processing systems.Such a 3D reconstruction system structure of front-end acquisition processing and back-end cloud image data processing is a solution innovation for practical engineering applications.It is hoped that the design structure and scheme of the 3D reconstruction system studied in this subject will be of certain reference value for the study of 3D reconstruction of large-volume objects such as automobiles,and make 3D reconstruction go from technology research to system product application.
