A series of safety problems are easy to occur in the production and mining process of open-pit mines.Once the open-pit mine slope is damaged,it is easy to cause a series of slope geological disasters,such as landslide.Once the landslide occurs,it will bring serious threat and damage to the mine production enterprises,nearby residents and the natural environment.Therefore,more and more people pay attention to the problem of mine slope landslide.Taking the stope slope landslide of Jinping iron mine as the research object,this paper studies the characteristics of the stope slope landslide of Jinping iron mine by consulting similar literature,using data collection,field geological exploration and In SAR deformation monitoring technology,and establishes a numerical model by using the finite element software FLAC3D to analyze the stability of the slope under natural and rainstorm conditions,This paper studies the formation mechanism of landslide,and adopts the treatment measures of cutting slope and reducing load to treat the landslide area of stope slope,so as to ensure the normal safety production of mining enterprises.The main conclusions are as follows(1)The stope slope landslide is located in the area of 890m-970 m bench in the northeast of the stope,which is a large-scale push type middle-level landslide.The slope is affected by the rainfall from May to October every year,and the deformation variable is the largest in the month of the whole year.The stability of the rock and soil at the back edge of the slope is poor,and large sliding occurs until the landslide.The internal factor inducing landslide is due to the existence of loose rock and soil mass,and the slope landslide is affected by topography.The mechanical balance and internal seepage channel of the slope are destroyed in the process of mining.Under the influence of rainfall,the shear strength of rock and soil decreases,the bulk density increases,and the rock and soil softens,leading to landslide.(2)Through the FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis of the stope slope,the safety factors under the natural and rainstorm conditions are 1.139 and 0.926 respectively.It can be seen that the stope slope is basically stable under the natural conditions,and the slope has some sliding phenomenon.Under the influence of rainstorm,the stope slope is in a state of instability and landslide occurs.(3)The drainage ditch is arranged on the 930 m step with landslide hidden danger,the flood intercepting ditch is arranged on the back edge of the slope,and the slope cutting and load reduction measures are adopted to treat the stope slope.The control effect of the treated stope slope is evaluated by numerical simulation and In SAR deformation monitoring.The safety factor is 1.44 after slope cutting and load reduction.The stability of the stope slope after treatment is improved compared with that before treatment.The deformation monitoring of the stope slope after treatment by In SAR shows that the settlement of the original landslide area has been significantly reduced,and the settlement of some positions has stopped,which indicates that the treatment effect is obvious and effective to achieve the purpose of treatment and protection.
