| With the development of ecological philosophy on a global scale,the increasingly prominent problems of resources and environment have made people gradually realize that the endless access to natural resources will reduce the stock of ecological capital,and it has to pay a great price.Ecological capital is an important The form of capital,the definition of the concept of ecological capital and the operating mechanism of how to convert environmental resources into ecological capital are still unclear,and there is no unified opinion on the evaluation of ecological capital operating performance.This paper explores the nature and causes of ecological capital operation from the perspective of Marx’s labor value theory by constructing a theoretical system of ecological capital operation.From the perspective of investing labor in ecology to make it valuable and increase wealth,ecology has the property of capital,and ecology is also capital.Ecological goods are valuable.Due to the scarcity of ecological resources,ecological resources achieve asset value through capitalization to complete value creation,ecological assets realize capital value increase through investment capitalization,and ecological capital realizes value conversion through production through productization.The products are put into social and economic activities to realize the realization of marketization and the realization of value,so as to realize the operation of ecological capital.This paper makes an empirical analysis of Guizhou Province,which implements the "Big Ecology" strategic action,by constructing an index system for evaluating the performance of ecological capital operations and using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis.By evaluating the performance of ecological capital operation in Guizhou Province from 2012 to 2017,it is found that the overall performance level of ecological capital operation in Guizhou Province is showing a continuously increasing trend. |
