| As a light industry,the aseptic packaging industry has shown a growth trend since 2005,and the development space is relatively broad.In the domestic market,based on the current economic environment and the status quo of the food packaging industry,we remain optimistic about the long-term development prospects of the aseptic packaging industry;in the international market,the market for aseptic carton packaging material manufacturers has yet to be explored.Therefore,the implementation of comprehensive quality management for domestic aseptic packaging companies is for domestic packaging companies to respond to the challenges of domestic and foreign aseptic packaging markets,provide better products and services to a wider range of users and consumer groups,and enhance the competition of domestic aseptic packaging companies an important strategic task of power.The author firstly defines and summarizes the quality improvement theories,concepts and literature in business management.Secondly,the current situation and development of food packaging are described and analyzed.On the basis of the macroeconomic background of the development of the food industry,the development status of the food packaging and aseptic packaging industry,according to the current management status of QL company,a SWOT analysis of the status quo of the company’s development and quality management was carried out to explore the optimization direction of quality management Combining theory with reality,it is proposed to optimize and improve the quality management system of QL Company.Based on the above research results,it is recommended that QL companies use the theories and methods of total quality management system to continuously improve,so as to improve QL company’s quality management level,improve efficiency,reduce costs,meet customer requirements,and expand market share. |
