Rf sputtering equipment(power box,transformer,operating mechanism and feeder,etc.),the working frequency is commonly 10~7-1.3×10~7 Hz,the heating equipment of high frequency medium dry(plastic welder,high frequency processor,medium heating machine,etc.),the working frequency is generally 2.0×10~7-4.0×10~7 Hz,the electromagnetic radiation pollution is bigger,not only interfere with the normal operation of electronic equipment,and harm to human body health.Based on this,in order to solve the problem of electromagnetic radiation pollution with a frequency of 10~7-10~8 Hz,this topic first prepared by in-situ polymerization method of polyaniline coating terylene fabric,the aniline monomer concentration,the type of dopant,dopant concentration,oxidant species and concentration of oxidant on polyaniline coating terylene fabric shielding performance,dielectric constant,the influence of electric loss tangent of 10~7-10~8 Hz were discussed,optimize the optimum technology of preparation of polyaniline coating terylene fabric;Secondly,ferroferric oxide was modified by coupling agent method.The influence of KH550 content,reaction temperature and reaction time on the modification of ferroferric oxide of 10~7-10~8 Hz were discussed,the optimum process of modified ferroferric oxide was optimized.Then,using the method of coupling agent and the modified ferroferric oxide prepared in situ polymerization method/polyaniline coating terylene fabric,the aniline monomer concentration,dosage of modified ferroferric oxide,dopant concentration,concentration of oxidant,reaction temperature and reaction time on the modification of ferroferric oxide/polyaniline coating terylene fabric shielding performance,dielectric constant,the influence of the electric loss tangent of 10~7-10~8 Hz were discussed,the optimum process of preparing modified ferroferric oxide/polyaniline polyester cotton coated fabric was optimized;Finally,XPS,XRD,FTIR,VSM and other testing methods were used to characterize the powders and coated fabrics of ferric oxide before and after modification.The results show that:When the concentrations of aniline,l-camphor sulfonic acid and ferric chloride were 0.3 mol/L,0.2 mol/L and 0.2 mol/L respectively,the shielding efficiency of the polyaniline terylene coated fabric was up to 8.44 d B,the real part and the imaginary part of dielectric constant were up to 2.53,0.20 and 0.07,respectively.KH550 dosage is 3 m L(relative to the dosage of the unit ferroferric oxide),the reaction temperature is 70℃,the reaction time of 180 min,the preparation of the modified ferroferric oxide,modified ferroferric oxide and aniline 3:5 for mass ratio,aniline,sinistral camphor sulfonic acid and ferric chloride concentrations were 0.2mol/L,0.4 mol/L and 0.4 mol/L,the preparation of the modified ferroferric oxide/polyaniline coating terylene fabric,when the frequency is 10~7-10~8 Hz,shielding effectiveness maximum value is 12.69 d B,dielectric constant real part,imaginary part,the tangential value of electric loss angle reached 2.92,0.48 and 0.16,respectively.Through XPS analysis,the modified ferric oxide has more N elements and the content of Si element has been increased by 2.25 times compared with the modified ferric oxide.This proves that the modified ferric oxide has been successfully modified.XRD analysis shows that the main structure of the modified ferric tetroxide remains unchanged.The existence of C=O bond and Fe-O bond on the coated fabric was proved by FTIR analysis,and the modified ferric tetroxide/polyaniline was successfully adsorbed on the polyester cotton fabric.
