| Stimulation is a core problem of modern enterprise management,and staff stimulation is the most important link.In the era of knowledge economy,the competition of human resources has gradually become the main melody of the competition between enterprises.For the human resource management of enterprises,the establishment of scientific and efficient staff stimulation mechanisms is not only conducive to the retention of excellent employees,but also the key for enterprises to build and improve their core competitiveness.In the modern enterprise management work,how to motivate employees and enhance their work enthusiasm has become a core task.This thesis took BHYL company as the research object,trying to find out the existing problems of staff stimulation through field investigation and propose corresponding stimulation mechanisms and solutions.On the basis of studying domestic and foreign relevant stimulation theories,and through the investigation and analysis,it is found that BHYL company has the following problems in staff stimulation: lack of career planning,single promotion channels,pay of lower attraction,lack of full authorization,and so on.Then based on modern stimulation theories,the basic ideas,guiding principles and countermeasures of reconstructing incentive mechanisms of BHYL company were put forward.The resulting countermeasures include helping employees make career planning,increasing promotion channels,taking salary incentive measures,fully authorizing,and adopting flexible work time.In addition,the supporting measures for implementing new incentives and strategies were come up with.The purpose is to help the company to establish a modern enterprise system,and improve its management performance.Among China’s chemical enterprises,the staff stimulation problems of BHYL company are typical to some extent.Therefore,the strategies and suggestions put forward through the case analysis of BHYL company can also provide references for other state-owned chemical enterprises in China to improve and optimize their staff stimulation mechanisms. |
