The slitting machine is a finishing equipment in the textile material processing process.Its main function is to longitudinally slit the wide material produced by the upstream manufacturer,and finally rewind it into a small package of a certain length and width.The high tension of the system will easily cause material tearing and internal tissue damage.Too small tension will cause the material to slip and deviate,and the rear end of the rewinding surface will appear uneven and burrs.Ensuring the stability of the tension of the material during operation is the core element of the slitting machine.Aiming at the problems existing in the tension control system of the slitting machine on the market,designing reasonable control strategies and schemes is of great significance to improving the automation of textile equipment and industrial intelligent control.Material slitting is a continuous process.Each unit has a complicated mechanical structure,many influencing factors,strong interference,nonlinearity,and strong coupling,which make the tension control system more complicated.With the goal of high-precision,high-quality and high-efficiency slitting,this paper studies the tension control link of the whole process,and designs detailed control schemes for different structures.First,analyze the mechanism of tension generation and determine the key elements of tension control.According to the specific plan,the dynamic model of the unwinding and slitting part is established.At the same time,the taper winding model is established according to the principle of wall tube elasticity.According to the principle of dynamic balance,the coupling of tension between each unit and the relationship between tension and speed are analyzed.Through the continuous change of coil radius and roller moment of inertia,the main factors affecting tension stability and control accuracy are determined.Consider the dynamic compensation of the tension control system.Secondly,comparing the tension control effect of the conventional PID controller,based on the complexity of the system and the disadvantages of the conventional controller,an active disturbance rejection controller with a more complete structure and function is proposed.At the same time,in order to realize the online tuning and optimization of the parameters of the controller,the parallel search performance of the genetic algorithm is used to adjust the parameters online,and an advanced intelligent control algorithm-the genetic auto-disturbance rejection tension controller is designed.The simulation module was built in MATLAB,and the simulation results show that the tension operation is relatively stable under this controller,with high control accuracy,small overshoot and strong anti-disturbance performance.Finally,research and design the software and hardware of the tension control system of the slitting machine,choose economical and durable hardware equipment,and design the software control program and monitoring system.It is proposed to take PLC as the core controller,realize the parameter setting and real-time monitoring of the entire production line through the man-machine interface,communicate and connect all hardware devices,test and verify the control system,and record the equipment operating data.The test results show that the tension fluctuation is small under the genetic auto-disturbance rejection controller,and the product after slitting is tightly wound,without burrs and wrinkles,to meet the actual production requirements,and improve the slitting efficiency and quality.
