Research On The Impact Of Dual Resource Allocation Methods On The High-quality Development Of Enterprises

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our nation's economy has shifted from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality development stage.As microscopic main bodies,businesses will put emphasis on improving development quality in the future.Improving the resource allocation efficiency is a solid foundation for an enterprise to take the path of high-quality development,and focusing on improving the resource allocation efficiency will promote high-quality development of enterprises.The top priority of enterprises are to choose an appropriate resource allocation method,conduct a sound institutional framework that supports the optimized resource allocation of enterprises and establish policy measures for guidance and supervision.However,why does the method of resource allocation make influence on the high-quality development of the enterprises,and how does enterprises use the internal method of resource allocation to realize high-quality development? These issues are still lack of necessary analysis in the theoretical circle.Based on the perspective of the resource allocation theory,the article adopts the single case study method,taking Baosteel for example,and explores the influence paths of the company's high-quality development by using different methods of resource allocation.The result of research shows that on one hand,under the resource allocation method dominated by value engineering,enterprises mainly rely on technological innovation,business management,low-cost strategy guidance and financial support to achieve the organic combination of life cycle cost,product value and product function.On the other hand,under the resource allocation method mainly based on job combination,enterprises mostly use the multiple strategy model and depend on the collaboration form of each operation process to optimize the operation chain and value chain in a timely manner,so that the reasonable combination of multiple resources can put effective resource allocation in effect and promote high-quality development of the enterprises.This article finally constructs the theoretical framework of the influence path of resource allocation methods on the high-quality development of enterprises.On the basis of above,the article puts forward the measurement indicators of clarifying high-quality development and the policy recommendations of accurately selecting the enterprise resource allocation method.The research result not only enriches the theory of high-quality development and resource allocation of enterprises,but also sorts out the way to realize high-quality development of enterprises,which has directive significance in improving high-quality development of enterprises.
