Aiming at the phenomenon of multi-dimensional vibration during the processing of parallel machine tools,this paper studies the vibration reduction.Taking C-shaped gantry parallel machine tools as the research object,the vibration characteristics are analyzed,and the vibration reduction scheme design and experimental verification are carried out.The following is the main content of this article:Firstly,analyze the kinematics of the machine tool,analyze the force of each hinge of the machine tool with MATLAB numerical analysis software,propose the concept of multidimensional vibration coupling coefficient,and establish a multi-dimensional vibration model of the machine tool with the multi-dimensional vibration coupling coefficient.Vibration characteristics.Secondly,analyze the stiffness and damping mechanism of the joint of the machine tool,and propose several vibration reduction schemes for the vibration characteristics of the machine tool.Combined with ANSYS workbench and MATLAB,analyze the vibration reduction effects of several vibration reduction schemes,determine the vibration reduction scheme,and calculate the output damping Magnitude of the force.Then design the structure of the damping hinge base for the damping scheme,and use Fluent simulation to analyze the damping output characteristics of the damping hinge base.Combine the ANSYS workbench and Fluent to verify the performance of the designed damper.Finally,the theoretical basis of the vibration signal analysis is studied,the construction of the vibration test experimental system is completed,the excitation point and the response point are determined,and the parallel analysis of the parallel machine tool equipped with the designed damping hinge seat is performed by a hammer method,and the reduction of the damping hinge seat is analyzed.Vibration effect.Experiments prove that the designed damping hinge seat has obvious vibration reduction effect,which provides a certain guiding significance for the research of parallel mechanism vibration reduction technology.
